Ok so there is this guy ive liked for....meh about a month or two now. I think he may like me back but im not positive. People are alwasy asking if we are going out due to the fact we're always talking/goofing off/sitting by eahcother ect. Many of my friends (girls) who see us doing the previous activites pull me aside and say "OMG! He likes you!" I usually shrug it off and say no..

So ive been thinking and welll i really like him and i sorta wanna ask him out..thing is im such a chicken and i cant get the courage to do it! I almost get to the point where i ask him at lunch but then i loose all my confidence and just continue to goof off with him....

Help please, i really wanna date this boy lol...hes such an awesome dork ;)

In my opinion the girl shouldn't ask the guy out. If anything he's the chicken for not asking you out. Maybe give more signs that you want to go out with him? But that's just me.

If you like him, ask him out. Period.

It wont be easy, but i don't recommend doing it at lunch or a public place like that. Try and talk to him alone. It will be hard, and you probably will chicken out the first few times, but don't worry, you'll get it.

If all else fails, ask a friend to tell him that you like him, and he should ask you out.

I personally think that is just a bit sad lol the whole "tell him I like him" thing, if they can't say it straight to my face their not worth my time :P

Anyways, I know it's really hard asking a guy out but if you two are always having a good time and your friends say he likes you... then do it, it might take a long time to build up the courage to talk to a guy you really like but just imagine if you do end up dating :) Good luck!!

It shouldn't matter that you're a girl asking a guy out either, if he won't build the courage to ask, someone has to :P and that someone should be you, not your friends.

There's no reason why a girl cant ask a guy out. Maybe he's too shy to ask, or frightened of rejection, and would just love it if you said something. Its a situation where if you dont take the risk you cant get the reward.

Your main concern that a girl asking a guy out is a rare sight (atleast around here) so he may think it is a joke so the next for weeks (or days) start showing more interest and when you friends ask if you like him say maybe or yes if you want to be that blunt soon the rumor will spread and he will know you are serious.

Just talk to him when you see him! If he seems to like you don't wait for him to make the first move! Just do it, be flirty see if he gets it and maybe he'll make a move or something :P

Haha well firstly i kinda asked him out during our Study hall period..and then at recess there was a big confusing jumble with me him and a few of our friends...i went chasing after my hat that one of them took and then the others told him that i was like in love with him and since htey knew he liked me the same way to ask me out..so he did :)

Haha and then when we walked inside from lunch i told him i was freezing. He stopped me right in the middle of the hallway and gave me a big bear hug saying "Then ill make you warm"

You say he's a dork - I think this suggest hes a chicken too, so it should be a safe bet to just ask him out

Quiet wonderfully haha its nice cuz i have classes with him and in most of them i sit by him lol and even though we're dating he still keeps up all the little flirty games we played before we started going out...and he never forgets to say hi between classes. He;s just so much mor amazing then my ex and i couldnt be any happier :)
