I am 15 years old, 16 in February. I say I am a late bloomer - I only started puberty. Well, I think I only started puberty. You are ejaculating, thats not the same as precum, precum just leaks out before you get to an orgasm. Your cum will get whiter as you produce more sperm. Just give it a bit more time, the fact that you have started cumming means everything is working as it should.

And just to add to that, the consistency of the cum changes too. It becomes thicker and gloopier as time progresses. That's not to say it'll be thick and gloopy every time though. Just more frequently.
