Yeah well, I've not been done either. Dunno how old ya are. There's a lot of fuss made about lad's foreskins. The long and short of it is that t'is nothing to worry about. That piece of skin you see that seems to come out of yer pee slit is supposed to be there and is called yer "frenulum." Ya also have one under yer tongue. Every lad has a frenulum on their penis, so it's not some sinister growth. When a lad is done, the doctor most often cuts his frenulum out of his pee slit. Unfortunately yer frenulum has lots of sexually sensitive nerves in it and ya can feel them when ya gently pull on it.

As for yer foreskin not retracting, don't worry. Many lads go into their late teens and early 20's being tight down there, indeed countless men function their entire life being tight. In short, if it doesn't bother ya or give ya trouble, don't worry about it.

IF you want to be able to slip it back, then continue with yer gentle stretching in the bath/shower when the hot water will make yer foreskin stretchier, and when ya have a pee ya can give it a bit of a stretch too if ya want.
