I'm assuming from your question that you dont ejaculate in wet dreams either, you're still waiting for your first ejaculation. You're probably just a late developer, it happens. Some guys dont cum until 16, it would be rare to be later than that.

Do you have other signs of puberty, like pubic hair for example, if you do then at least things are underway and sooner or later you will cum. If you're worried then check with your doctor, if he thinks you have delayed puberty he can help.
