Me and my girlfriend were fooling around in the car, i was fingering her but she was like on top of me and we were going really rough but a day or two after she says its bothering her a lot and it hurt she says i ripped it, i think i may have scratched her as well and this has happened before but it hurts a lot more now then it did before she says. Is this normal, how long will it take it to heal, anything she can do to make it heal faster, anything she can do to minimize the pain?

its normal yes, for now just tell her to be careful and not go crazy. it will hurt for a few days, but it will stop after and feel better. you've either cut her, or she's broke her hymen either one is normal dont worry, if you are worried tell her to visit the doctor :-P
