i cant get these icons to go away ive tried deleting them didn't work idk what to do?

Which icons the one on the desktop or in the folder? They all look messed up. My guess. Restart :P Also try changing theme, this might help reset the icons. Im not too sure about W7. Or try, right click, and refresh. Might work. *shrugs*

I kinda experienced that before. You sure you didn't toy with the Registry? Or may be a virus did? My best bet is to Reformat to be sure.

recent discovery its a application called icon packager run amok tried removing it but keep getting error any way to forcefully remove it?
