What am I going to write here is a book which I will write, it is called " Inherited Kingdoms ".

The story may sound like Lord of the Rings a lot, but "Lord of the Rings is the first medieval-magic story" doesnt mean that you can relate everything to it .

I'll pass a short summary, see what you think.

The first text is the background story.

So we have this land of Turmanar ( it's original name in old scripts is Turm a'Nar in my book ), and when humans first settled here, they encountered two mystic races, fighting against each other. These races are called Elves and Dwarfs ( what else ? ). When Humans settle in, they help to end the war and are declared "holy beings".
However, previously worshipped race of Aartholn( they were worshipped by Elves and Dwarfs ) is not happy about this. They intend to regain their position over Turmanar. Without consulting to the Ruling Council of Turmanar ( this is the leading poltiical power of Turmanar, having representatives from every place, there is no specific kingdom of this land ; these lands are heritage passed on them from the previus king ), they release the binds of Dark Magic, and openly practising it. Soon, Dark Wizards rise again, and build the titanic city of Dar'Artholn ( Dar' means "realm" ) and corrupt the city with Dark Magic. Soon later, the land around the city is also corrupted and Northern Turmanar becomes a very dark place.
Ruling Council finds the solution of protection from DAr'Artholn by excommunicating them from the council, and calls other island-tribes to cease any relations with Dar'Artholn.
Well, Dar'Artholn also finds solution by attacking and destroying outer island tribes within days.

(FIRST TEXT BELOW IS THE FIRST ALTERNATE SCENARIO FOR THE BACKGROUND STORY)

So, Turmanar's armies assemble, and mach to Dar'Artholn. Suprisingly, the enemy retreats at every front, and the armies encircle Dar'Artholn. However, at the climax of battle, the ground shakes...Clouds gather over one point and become black, spines rise over ground...
Xeionarth rises...
So this guy ( well not guy, a titanic humanoid craeture ) is the ancient "god-ish" guy of Aartholn, and as tall as a skycraper ( then, people will recognize that the city has a shape of a throne, where Xeionarth can sit ). But even the current Dark Wizards don't have the power to summon him fully, only his one hand rises from land and terrorizes on Council armies.
Battle seems to reach a stalemate, but then clouds immideatly go away, there is clear sky and from sky, falls 3 shades ( yeah shades, these guys have so much magic on it they lose their physical from ). These 3 Shades are the Supreme Arch-Mages of Turmanar Magic Flows ( these guys kinda control magic, and magic flows through both air and land ). They freeze everyone, making them eventually mindless bodies. They send Xei's hand back in land, and with a single blow, sends all Council armies back to their own lands, forcing the battle to end.
However, nobody remembers what happened over the last 2 years, so what happened after the declaration of war, they dont remember anything.
Except 3 men...

(SECOND ALTERNATIVE)
The Giants ( not *that* giant, around 2.7-3 meter tall ) are facing a grave threat ( btw these guys are friendlies ). They are facing extinction. There are around 3-5 thousand Giants left in Turmanar ( and in rest of t he world ). Also, Giants are the best soldiers around, they are only cavalry, they ride Thrillons ( these are *giant* horses, and they wear about 50 kilos of armor ) to battle and wield very long and thick spears so they are super hard to kill ! Once they arrive, enemies just panick and run !
But when they are called to battle to face Aartholn, they face extinction, as giants get killed by day,( they can only die in battle ) and there are no female giants ( this is another myth explained in my book ). When Giant lider Mogrim asks aid from his battlemage friend Allister, Mogrim learns a stunning fact about his destiny...

If you are interested what happens next ( actually this was only the introduction , of course the original one will be detailed ), I await your replies. Tell me, is it THAT like LOTR?
