Whats wrong with you? absolutely nothing. It happens. Some people are fully grown by the time they're 14, others still have four+ more years. Don't feel bad about it, chances are other guys your age also feel uncomfortable about their penis size.

I was roughly that size at 15 ive just turned 16 its grown rapidly to 5.5 still not great but ive still got more to grow
