I did my best to read through it but it's 3am over here so I just skimmed it. The only problem I have with it is the editing. If your writing it as the likes of an old style letter fair enough but after being a business student for about 4 years if any documents aren't in justified format it's extremely annoying to read :whoops: I would also recommend you don't use any spacing settings larger than 1.5 as it seems like your just trying to gain a larger page count. Size 12 font for documents is commendable so you've got that going although people do tend to opt for different fonts Arial for example rather than sticking to Times New Roman to make it look better.... But anyway there's your free Scuba Steve Proof read editing check :P
I'd also like to express how lucky you are if this is your average workload in school!

Teachers prefer Times New Roman in America, and there was no page length. :P And, we have to double space in America, too. :p
