So im 15 and im 5"3 and weigh 110 llbs,
i feel so fat all the time, and i hate it.
Does anyone know any diets that will make me loose a bit of weight (like half a stone), my problem at the moment is i only eat 1000-1,500 calories maximum a day so all these diets say eat 1000 ish and that is basically what im eating now.
i dont want to loose too much or i know i will spiral out of control, just a bit would be nice,

Erase the word diet from your vocabulary. Diets don't work. Doing something like a diet for a small amount of time isn't the best way to see yourself lose weight and stay at that weight. Diets that you could keep up for months, years at a time, are the ones you need to be doing. Do you think you could eat that much for the rest of your life?
Your weight is perfectly fine though. There is no need for you to diet. The weight you are at now is perfect even for ten plus years in the future. Any lighter would put you below the average for a small-framed girl of your height.
I know how hard it is to see that though. I know what it's like to see yourself as way heavier than you really appear to everyone else. But it's something that must be overcome.

I am your age and your height and I know that if I weighed what you weigh now, I would be too thin on my frame.
As Syvelocin said, 'diet' is not a word you want to use. If you want to change the content of what you eat, then it's more of a lifestyle choice - something you change and keep it that way for years in order to be generally healthier.
From reading your description, I'd say it's more exercise you want to be aiming for, if you want to get more toned and stop feeling 'fat'.
I'm sure you know a lot about what you should and shouldn't be eating, so I won't bore you with that.

110lb is fine. That's like... 7 stone 10ish right? Cause that is fine you don't want to be loosing weight. You might say it's just a bit but it can so easily spiral out of control. There is nothing wrong with your weight and dieting can so easily turn into more...

my problem is im comparing myself to others way too much,

110 llbs seems perfectly fine if you ask me, and you don't need to compare yourself to other! You seem like such a nice, beautiful, fun person!

Hey dont worry about others you have to be yourself and not think or compare with others, and you weight is fine!
