This week Britain's Chancellor (finance minister) announced £81billion spending cuts in an attempt to cut the decifit. Do you agree with Mr Osborne or what would you have done?

The cuts have to be made. That was always going to be the case. I disagree with the Military Cuts - but I'm biased cause i'm in the middle of apply for Officer Training with the RN. I think that cuts should have been made to foreign aid as well.
Also, the welfare system in Britain has gotten far too large and complacent. The amount of millions - if not billions - conned out of the government each year by people falsely claiming benefits is outrageous. Therefore I agree with the cuts to the welfare system as it means that those claiming benefits will come under much closer scrutiny and those who need the benefits will retain them whilst those that are just skiving will be up the creek without a paddle :P

Well, of course, billions in overseas aid has to be stopped. China, India, both nuclear powers, receive millions each year from Britain.
And meanwhile, when the Argies invade Falkland Islands again, who is going to kick them off?
