maybe u should use elastic bands (wear the around ur wrists) and pull the band back and release so it hits ur skin... it is the less scary and less visable way 2 self harm

People have often told me to channel my emotions and energy in to something else. Boxing and kick-boxing apparently work well.

Most sports work really well in letting energy out and some sports can let anger and agression out.

i fully agree with doing boxing or kick-boxing or anything physically demanding... if you enjoy it your brain releases endorphines which are the bodies happy drugs. it lifts your mood pretty damn well n give you more energy. also the cardiovascular workout will increase the bloodflow and oxygen to the brain allowing you to think more clearly

now now, i realise this must be hard for you, but suicide is certainly not the answer. Escape is not the answer. You say you're a tomboy, yet you want to take the easy way out? where's your spirit? You must have faith, and trust that it will all be allright....

If you are scared with curring yourself, then you shouldn't be cutting yourself in the first place, why not let that fear run its course? That way, you will not cut yourself?
