Heart Hurts :(

Usually, when I sit, my heart starts to hurt when I move
I freeze,
Then I apply pressure on my heart by my hand.
I do it for several seconds, then it is over.

But this happens a lot, and usually scares me :(

This could require a very detailed medical analysis as it could be high blood pressure (i'm not a doctor so remember that's just a shot in the dark) It could also be down to fitness, in some cases in heavier people sitting or lying down can cause pressure to the heart through excess fat pressing on the rib cages. Or it could also just be in your head that this is a significant problem and not something your thinking too much about.

I think you should go and see a doctor about this. It could be nothing but a the heart is very delicate and very important so it's worth getting checked out.

You might want to get that checked by a doctor and mabey get your heart a ultralsound. So you and the doctor can see what is going on to your heart. When there is something wrong with the heart it is a big issue because if you feel something worng with your heart you should get it checked quickly because it could be something life thereatening.
