Anime Suggestions?

[Brighter.Tomorrow]

I'm looking for new anime to watch, though I am picky about it. If it's not the type I'm into, or the story line seems off, I just don't go for it.
So far the anime I've watched and liked are:

Fruits Basket.
Wolf's Rain.
Spirited Away.
Fullmetal Alchemist.
Elfen Lied.
Chobits.
Fooly Cooly.
Blood+
Ouran Host Club.
InuYasha.

So, from a list like that, do you guys have any suggestions?

Honestly, I've never seen any of those, so I'm going to throw out the few animes I've watched that were good, I can't say if they'll hit your tastes or not.

You're the first anime fan I've met who also knows Wolf's Rain. I have huge anime fanatics as friends and they've never heard of it. Wolf's Rain is definitely my favourite. I grew up with it along with Sailor Moon, but that can be embarrassing depending on the company you keep. It's definitely not in the category of the ones you like. XD

All I have in manga is the Kingdom Hearts series, Return to Labyrinth, Wolf's Rain, and Tokyo Mew Mew. I'm not an extreme anime/manga fan.

You could look into Kiddy Grade if you'd like. Hellsing(I think is the title) and Cowboy Bebop are two quite renown animes that you could possibly look into if you wanted.

The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya is amazing. It's basically about a crazy girl who founds a club to find aliens, time travelers, and psychics and stuff, and it turns out that everyone in the club is just that, but she doesn't know it.

Full metal Alchemist is really good. Lucky Star is pretty okay too.

You could look into Kiddy Grade if you'd like. Hellsing(I think is the title) and Cowboy Bebop are two quite renown animes that you could possibly look into if you wanted.

I don't get why Hellsing is so popular, there's very little action and virtually zero character development for any character other than Seras who is the main character (but shouldn't be).

Hellsing Ultimate on the other hand is amazing because it's an OVA. Far superior to Hellsing.
