I want to tell someone about my cutting, but im scared. I wanted to before but I chickened out. People think ive stopped from what ive heard and im not sure I want that to change. My biggest problem is I dont know how to bring it up or what to say. Help??

Telling someone, is a really hard thing to do, but if you tell the right person it is worth it in the end.
It took me ages to tell someone about my cutting
I told a very close friend who I knew I could trust, I tld them I needed to talk to them, and made them promise not to say anything, and I just sort of come out with it really
I know this is not much help, but once you've found the person you want to tell, just tell them you need to talk to them about something important (I think thats a good starting point)

Yeah, telling someone can be nearly impossible to gain the courage to do it. If you are going to tell someone make sure it is someone you can trust (really good friend, family member). and then they can help you and hopefully make you feel better about yourself
