Over the past few days I have been hiding a bottle of milk in my room, and waiting for it to go off. Then I can easily drink it and throw up, or maybe even just smell it and throw up. I have used my fingers three times now and it takes so long and hurts. I have tried milk once before and it works easily...
Last night I drank about a litre and a half of water without a break, and my stomach hurt so badly I couldn't move for a few minutes....people say I will throw up if I drink enough, but it hurts. Ever since my first binge september I have been needing to throw up and throw up. I need to loose weight. Have any of you tried using liquids? I was just wondering if I was the only one...I dont want to feel alone again. But its like self harm, addictive, harmful and so much trouble....I just look in the mirror and see fat. I know 112 pounds isn't fat...but I cant help feeling disgusted.... :(

Sorry, this is a totally random question but I was wondering if there is a website that you can make your own meal planner on? I think I found one once but I cant find it again :(

Please don't share purging tips, general note to everyone.

Yes, I've done that once or twice. It doesn't work well for me because I can't throw up pretty much.

There probably are, but I cant think of any off the tp of my head

I've tried the water thing and I feel your pain there. I drank so much I couldnt be comfortable in any position and was close to puking, but didnt.
I'm sure if you have a little search for a meal planner, you will find one without much trouble (:

I've never used this exact method of purging but i suppose i just find it pretty easy to make myself throw up using fingers. Purging isn't good, it can damage your heart and other vital organs. Becoming too thin is also very unhealthy.
Binging and then purging is a sign of bulimia. I suggest you try and see someone about this. You could tell a teacher or a parent or someone you can trust.
As for the meal plan, make sure it is healthy and includes eating between 1,800- 2,000 calories a day at the very least.
You are not alone :)
Feel free to contact me if you want to talk :)

It is not good to do this either however, you then could have the problem of dental decay .. moreso than using water. And yes it may hurt your stomach, that's a lot of liquid in there!
