Well i bit my arm till it bled

i just wanted to feel a tensie amount of pain
because i just needed to drain emotion
im not sure if it counts as SH and i think i may have broken my promise

Yea I would still count it, if it had of been not till you bled like I do as sometimes I bite the inside of my lip if I need to hold a straight face without smiling; then it would have been fine.

any self inflicted pain, blood or not counts as self harm
