It is possible but I don't know that that's what I would think. It could be that your fear of that having happened is causing you to withdraw. Usually when predators strike they go after you as long as they possibly can. It doesn't mean you weren't it just makes it a little less likely. Maybe you were just a very intelligent kid and caught all of the sexual references and jokes ect. that were on tv and you drew your conclusions from there. It's possible. I've been self concious all my life. Low self esteem, not wanting to be around people..much less GUYS. I felt like I was pushing myself everytime I had to even be around a guy. Like I just wasn't ready. It could be because we (I mean "we" as in girls) sometimes think that guys are sex maniacs, and when you're not ready for sex that makes the situation uncomfortable, and most guys aren't even like that. Sure you get your handful of creeps , but a lot of guys are truly genuine. I'm sorry if this didn't help any. I just wanted you to know I can relate, and some things that could be the possible problem. :hug:

Awhh, thanks. It does definately make me feel better. I still don't know. I mean, yeah, your right, it most likely is just my self conciousness and everything. But, I felt so strange when I was with my boyfriend, and I felt so akward..At first, I even questioned my sexuality, but I really don't think thats the case, not that I think its wrong or anything, I just don't think thats whats wrong with me, or even if that would change the way I think..or anything.

I'll probably still keep it in the back of my mind, but I don't think its going to be as much as a problem anymore.

i've knew about sex since i was 4 or 3 years old idk why and usually people that get sexual abused tend to seek sexual abusers and have a high sex drive.. thats' what doctor drew said and yes i think most guys are sex maniacs cause when we're like 15 or 16 or around that age we all think about sex.. i'm just 14 and i think about sex alot..

Don't say that...Everyone thinks about sex.Expecally at our age.BUT that doesn't meen thats all they care about.I can name quight a few guys who don't care about sex.Yes,they want it BUT they will wait until the one they're with is ready.

I seem to be really occupied with sex and it is the only part of a relationship I can actually handle. (I don't do the constant cuddling or the holding hands or anything like that) Taking this in to consideration, I actually turn guys into sex maniacs.:whoops:

But, trust me, most guys are genuinely NOT sex maniacs.
