Try getting her to eat by getting or making her fav foods.

Showing you care is the best thing you can do. Try to build up her confidence... telling her she's fine how she is. But as I said showing you care is more important than anything, if she feels like you love her and she doesn't need anything else to make her self better then she'll be less likely to want to starve herself.

The main reason an eating disorder is that the person affected has a distorted view of their body (eg, they think there fat, ugly ect). So the best thing you can do is tell her how beautiful she is, try an make sure she eats, if shes bulemic she may vomit it back up, also look out for excessive exercise, if it persists you will have to tell her parents, if she gives out to you, tell her you did it because you love her

Just be there for her, encourage her, and never stop loving.

you should compliment her
NEVER make jokes about her weight
Cook her, her favorite foods.
make her watch Perfect Body (1997)
it is a great movie about a girl who goes into the Olympics with an eating disorder
You can find it on Google or Youtube

Although this often is part the reason it is usually alot more complicated than that. I know for me it isn't just this it's also that I like having something to aim towards and I like feeling myself get skinnier and watching my weight go down. This will sound cliched but i like the control i have over it too and how when my weight drops i feel a slight sense of acheivement.
Helping her get better isn't just a case of making her eat. The not eating is just a side effect of the guilt she feels when she eats. Making her eat will help to prevent her getting seriously ill but it won't cure her. You need to somehow stop the guilt and negative feelings she has about food and i'm sorry but i have no idea how to do that.
