hi i am a 13 year old male and i have bumbs under my nipple and they are getting bigger and more painfull is this normal if so what are they and why do i have them?
please help

I think its normal, same thing happened to me last year, it feels like it like grows, then breaks apart (it feels like) then settles in that spot. Im pretty sure its normal :D
What they are, I have no idea.
Why you have them, cuz you were made that way. =O

its MOST likely sists..i had them under my nipples ....they last about 3 months(for me)..i almost had surgery and i wouldve look weird ..but just w8..theyll go down

right i no this might sound odd but i have them and still do they are called buds as i got really scared about them so i went to a doctor about it they are buds its build up of tissue that forms a breast on a woman but dont worry men you wont wake up with big d cups one day its just hormones etc one day your testosterone will cancel it out and all the pain will go away liek it did do with me most people wil lcall them man boobs but this is perfectly normal 2/5 people have it in the world so it is very common also if the bumps start to get bigger then 3cm and you feel that you are not happy with your self as they look odd consult a doctor for advice
