is smoking cigarettes actually that bad for you and is it all evil and shit cause ive heard from people that it relieves stress and stuff. ive tried it a bit and it does sort of but is it realy that bad

Well I think some people over react about smoking but it can cause lung cancer and ages the skin. Also it makes you smelly of smoke, it stunts your growth, it makes you really unfit, it makes your breath smelly too and the most important thing its highly addictive. If I were you I would quit while you still can. I smoke and have been doing so for a about a year and a bit now and wish I never ever started it has made me really unfit.

Lol the health deficits are bloody numerous and exist. There are a ridiculous amount of long and short term implications, some of which have been mentioned here. If you want to smoke something, for god's sake don't smoke tobacco.

Smoking cigarettes is bad for you in every way, shape, and any possible form imaginable, and in no way has any perks to it.

For one, it tints your teeth and finger nails yellow. Then theres the smell. That God awful smell. On top of all that, it causes lung problems, cancer, trouble breathing, not to mention it hurts everyone around you.

Plus the worst part? IT'S ADDICTIVE.

Plus it takes a lot of money out of your pocket, and the only reason it " relieves stress" is because its highly addictive and when u stress out your brain wants nicotine to calm it down which shoves more tar down your throat damaging your lungs, it takes upto 5 years for the damage caused by smoking to clear and thats if cancer hasnt got u yet

Yeah, smoking cigs is bad and seems disgusting. I never smoked a cig simply because the smell seems...idk wrong. I've smoked weed though and I will smoke it from time to time. Weed it's self seems more natural and shit. Idk thats me.
