I wouldn't say that they are supposed to be curved, But there is nothing wrong with it if it is curved. Its nothing out of the ordinary if it is curved. They way I have taken it for the reason why some curve and other aren't is because of they way the person grows.

some guys pricks are just that way - i have a cousin who penis is curved soft and hard -- a few guys at school have curved penis - one is really curved -
mine is s8 soft and when hard --- glad i do not have a curved one -
but it is a normal thing - if i have a curve one i would not lose any sleep over it
