red spots on thigh

so basically i've had these red 'spots' on my thigh. they don't itch/hurt/whatever but it's been a while. what are they? can i get rid of them?

If it's on your thigh you should go visit your doctor.

Could be chaffing sometimes it can happen when your legs rub together and can cause those bumps, so you could take care of that by using powder or skin lotion. Though I would still get it checked out to be safe.
