Just came out to one friend.

So I just came out to one of my friends. This is the first person I've come out to, not on the internet. I feel like it was a major mistake. My stomach is flipping around inside me. I can't believe I just told them. Was this a bad idea? I thought I was supposed to feel all great and all after telling her. I am like shaking as I am typing this. I'm too afraid too see her response. I texted it to her, and I wont open it. Should I be this nervous?


BTW when I am nervous my ears get all red and warm. They are about to burst into flames if that indicates my nervousness enough.
