When will I grow armpit hair and when will my voice break?

Now, I know that there's absolutely no way to be able to tell, but I'm 15 tomorrow and I'm just wondering and stuff.

Now, I don't really have armpit hair, I have some blonde hairs that I can see when light is shone on them but none that is actually properly visible or black. I noticed these blonde hairs a couple of months ago and they have steadily grown. How much longer do you think it'll take before I have visible, black and thick armpit hair?

My voice also feels a little weird. Since sometime in July my voice seems to feel higher on some days and deeper in others, often changing like this frequently often during the day. I have to kind of cough to prevent it going all high-pitched, and it cracks at least once a day (once it did it during the register at school- awful!). It started properly cracking randomly last month at some time, it just felt weird before that. My Adam's Apple has also grown quite a bit, in fact I remember feeling it once at school and it felt rather big compared to the previous day. It hasn't really broken yet though, so how much longer do you think it will take to break?

Well everyone has a different maturing rate, but I think that after you turn 15 that is when you get to see changes if you havent got them before because i have some friends that were like the less developed of the class and now they are growing armpits and all
