When can you make a member forum?

You can make one now. Diary Request Forum (http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/showthread.php?t=3928&page=35) You will be on the waiting list. I believe to make a diary you have to have 50 posts. Also read this (http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/announcement.php?f=14&a=113) ^_^
