K this is about limewire. Its a file sharing system. If I donwload an image from Limewire can that host(s) track who has downloaded it from them? And is limewire legal? And when I mean track, can they track down your ISP code?

Limeware is illegal... and yes they can track your IP (if thats what you mean)

however, if your computer is capable of changing your IP address, there isn't too much to worry about, i need to do is change slots on my router then my IP address changes, so even ifi get IP banned from other websites, i can get back on.

No, limewire is not illegal in the slightest. It's what you use it for is what makes it illegal. Yes they can grab your IP.

Yeh, they can grab your IP and quite easily from that get your home address and phone no so watch out!
