Hey, I've got a question. I just got the L4D (Left 4 Dead) game for my birthday and my Xbox won't read the disc. When I put it in the console, it just says Multi Media Disc instead of Left 4 Dead. I've tried cleaning the disc, etc., but it still won't load and I can't play the game! What do I do to fix this? Also I don't think I can return it because I don't have a receipt... ^^; Thanks.

When did you get the XBox? If its within a year, I believe it should be under warranty. Microsoft will fix it for free. Does it read any other games? If not your DVD drive could be broken.

It's under a year old and it played other games. I think it's just the disc.

In the mean time, try connecting to LIVE and updating your console, that could help.
