Testicle pain/sensitivity

So, my left testicle seems to be slightly painful every now and then. It is also very sensitive to touch, but the pain isn't really so bad. The right testicle is fine, though...
The pain started last night, when I sat down to watch TV. The pain is the on/off -kind of pain.

So, what could be wrong? I don't remember injuring my left testicle or anything.

If its still a bother now 11 days later you should see a doctor ( they have seen it all before) better off not risking it after all it is your sperm (children) on the line

it happens to me sometimes to, you should be fine

it is not all that uncommon to have one nut hurt and the other not to.
u might have a L hernia - or a slight tortion. if the it still is giving you a problem lasting more than a week or pain increase - i would have a MD or a PA review the situation.
