Shy bladder

Being pee shy has been discussed before. I am 18. I hope to graduate from h.s. next spring. When I go to the boy's room at school and there is anyone there, I can be bursting to pee but can't go. I freeze up at the urinal. I have tried using the stall but that doesn't work at all either. The same is true after a movie or at a school date or basketball game. I pee at home OK. I take my morning piss around 7:30 and can't go again until I get home--about 9 hours. After lunch until I get home, I am bursting to go and am very uncomfortable. Can anyone suggest what I should do? :mad:

Maybe use like a disabled toilet? I dunno really but that might work either that or dont drink anything all day but thats not really good for you
