Fed up with Webs

Alright, well, i've been using webs.com to run some websites, and lately their softwares become shitty, and im tired of having such limited control. A few of my sites I do for certain organizations, and I feel I'm not giving them their moneys worth...

So, I ask your opinion. Whats a good software I can use (yeah, I can get domains and servers) to have;

Calendar
Photo Gallery (preferably easy to moderate)
Document Sharing
Forum With Polls
Editable user permissions
CMS/News/Announcements
Normal content based web pages
Customizable Themes

I've been playing with phpBB a bit but eeh... lol

You do know a free website editor is going to be shit. I use Weebly, and it isn't that great either.

I do know Microsoft Office has Publisher, which you can use to make websites, but it would probably require some knowledge of CSS and HTML.

Im thinking trying to talk the BPA into either IPB with CMS, Gallery, and Downloads or maybe just vB with a few mods.

I plan on taking a web design class at some point, was supposed to this year and get certified in DreamWeaver but the school fucked up my schedule.

You could go with blogspot and use Google because I know Google has a couple of those things, but alas, I can't explain what I'm talking about since I'm not too experienced with that stuff. :P

I think I've got it figured out. I had a talk with Ant about it and I've got a plan, now just to present it to the BPA. :P
