Well, it's to keep off people that their sole purpose is to use the PM system as a medium for sexual contact. It's just for everyone's safety.

If you have nothing positive or question answering to add to the thread simply don't post in it. If the question has already been answered, which it already has, then don't reply to it. The member is relatively new, there is no point in making them feel un-welcomed.
