I was dissapointed with 6 expecting much more from it since it was the first current gen version of the game, but i'll maybe give it a look at, doubt it can compete with the fun i used to have with 3 or 5

Not just you. I f'ing hate Koei now because of that.

They don't really innovate, they're just milking the Chinese Cow too hard.

DW 5 was the only thing I had in the series. I had DW 4, but I think 5 was the jackpot.

What I hate is that, they rely on their fanbase for support. They don't really expect a large majority buying it just to try it out. And the fans, God. They're a bit milder than Twihards, but still they're ravenous.

The Dynasty Warriors series stopped being even slightly different at 5. 6 is the exact same game with different graphics and one different game mode. I should expect 7 is the same. Plus there's so many add ons and expansion games that I've lost track.
