What can I take-non prescription- for depression? Now, I have to make sure my mum doesn't find out, so no major side-effects. Thanks

Nothing.

If you want anti-depressants you need to see a psyciatrist because kids and teens can react extremly violently to them if there not just so. They can throw you into a worse depression. That would also mean no booze cause that would make u OD.......No idea what anti-depressants + drugs would do but if just a few beers can make you OD then I dou't it would be plesant.

No thats just a stop gap, it actually makes things worse in the end, if you think you have depression you need to see a psycologist and maby a psyciatrist to get sum anti-depressants......If you want to use drugs (anti-depressants) that is.

I can't though. My mum doesn't know. She thinks I'm a really happy person. She talks about how worried she would be if I was depressed. It makes me sick to my stomach.
