I think you are talking about what is known as the 'head' the freskin is a 'flap' of skin that covers it, and can be pulled back.

Uh??? I wouldn't recomend peeling your foreskin off, that'd hurt really bad (If thats what you meant) um...I'm not sure, but I think if you dont got a lil flap over your penis, then your circumsized. Lets relate it to foods I guess?

Basically, circumcision is when the foreskin is removed from the penis. The foreskin is a piece of skin that covers the head of the penis (the glans) to protect it.

In some cultures and religions it is removed at childbirth, or at the start of puberty. There are no real advantages or disadvantages of being circumcised in my opinion, its just personal preference, or tradition.
