try getting some latex or some similar disposable gloves... much more sanitary and you won't have to worry about it

no but if you are in the shower and there is anything up there when you are fingering yourself, you can wash it off, which would then be more clean. Usually if you go to the toilet before you do it, this would help, and if you have done this and are still worried, use a condom and dispose of it afterwards.

yeah well one thing you can do is make sure your eating the right stuff, if you have a good diet and dont eat a bunch of garbage then your crap will not be all mushy. but like others have said an enema of using a latex gloves or condoms if you have a mess problem.

So I dont know if this is allowed or not but.
I use a water bottle with a rounded squirt pull top thinger on top.. . Put warm water in it all the way to the top. shove it in and squeeze as much warm water up there. then get on the pot and push. I do that 2 times or so and I havent had any problems. You just gotta push and then wait like 30 secounds an push again to make sure you have all the water out our you can have a problem later when you fart.
