When will my chest grow?

I was born diffrent and my chest is the same as like a 12 year old. so my question is when will it be fully grown? I'm 17 btw

Ah yes, muscle is self achieved. You get, and maintain that with a lot of hard work and effort. I'm starting to get there :P

You get a big chest by working out, not by going through puberty. If you want to big chest, then I suggest that you invest in a set of weights

dude these people above me are correct...this kid in my class is (height) smaller than me and yet has abs, pecs, biceps, and triceps...and he is in gymnastics...hes BUILT! and he doesnt flaunt it...i mean if people ask him to flex or lift his shirt he'll do it but he doesnt like do it for no reason.
