My Nightmare

Who would have known that you’d
be the one to turn my nightmare into a reality?
Why couldn’t I see through your sweet smile,
see that it was really a vicious smirk
Why couldn’t anyone see through your act,
see how black your heart really is

That night forever will remain in my head
constantly replaying itself, over and over again
Do you remember it as well as I do?
My innocence and laughter, forever gone
You took them, now they belong to you

No matter how hard I tried to get away,
you’d drag me back, you’d force me down
No matter how hard I’d scream,
no one could hear me
No matter how hard I’d plead,
you wouldn’t stop,
and no matter how hard I’d cried,
you wouldn’t show me any mercy

The physical pain you caused,
yes its painful and it will heal
but the emotional scars you created,
it hurts much worse,
I cant forget, you wont let me forget
Your face is all I see now,
your voice is all I can hear now,
I hope you’re happy...
because I wont ever be alright again

And I dont like to capitalize each line, I only capitalize the beginning on the "sentence". When there is another capital, it's a new sentence. I know it's not like proper, but it seems weird if I do it otherwsie.
