tbh, i just use the good old fashioned fist method. occasionally i try something wacky which is good at the time, but i always go back to the good ole fist.

NEVER EVER USE A VACUUM CLEANER

This will almost certaintly cause long term damage to your penis, and a heck of alot of pain.

If i were you, i would just stick with what you are comfortable with, its safer that way.
