Env touch..Broken..?

Okay so my phone was working fine.
And then this guy told me hes send me a pic of him cause we havnt met in ages and i said okay, so i was suppose to get it. Never did. Now everytime my phone tries to connect, before it even says its receiving the message, it shuts down. and does the whole process again.

1. I took out the battery, waited, then put it in, about 4 times.
2. Its completely charged.
3. I have dropped it several times, but its never done this before and it worked well a good 4 hours after i dropped it last.
4. Yes yes, I know a lot of you will say ' Call tech support' I'm going to if I dont get any suggestions that work from here.

This is my last resort. I neeeeeeed my cell, badly. I talk to so many friends I dont have any other touch with, etc.

I'm just sitting here watching it boot up, and shut down, boot up, and shut down again and again :L

Ive known the kid for a long time, I don't think he would be sending cell phone viruses to peoples phones.

I went out to dinner and decided to leave it on and let it do its 'thing'. I come to see if its doing it again, and it stopped. Of course I go text my friend and probably around the time he would respond, it shuts off and repeats the whole process over again..

If anyone has experienced this before it'd be great if you told me, otherwise I guess i'm calling customer services tomorrow, thank god im off of school anyways. :rolleyes:
