It's getting ridiculous. I was freezing all day today and had to wear a jacket when it was 70 degrees outside. Most people can wear shorts and be fine! I don't understand what's going on. I can't remember being like this when I was little, but I do remember it starting when I was around 14. Could it be because of anemia? (I'm not positive that I have it, but I am kind of leaning towards it, simply because my mom had it, and her mom, etc.)
I'm the one who is shivering and wanting the heat up when everyone else is comfortable. Even in the summer I'm like this. And it's not like I'm underweight or anything, I weigh 130lbs and I have muscle from doing yoga. Perfectly healthy for me height and age and all of that. I get really cold hands and feet too, not just "feeling cold overall" if that helps.
Anyone have any ideas - cause it really sucks.

I have this aswell. Both the cold hands and feet and the general feeling of coldness all the time. I was diagnosed with...

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Postural_orthostatic_tachycardia_syndrome

and

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Orthostatic_hypotension

They are both relativley common and both have being cold and having cold hands and feet as a symptom so might be that but might wanna see if you have any of the other symptoms :)

It could be what the other two are suggesting, but it might actually just be you. I'm the opposite, I'm hot all the time, i hardly have to wear hoodies or coats sometimes not even t-shirts, even in snowy or wintery weather. While its a good idea to get that checked out try not to worry too much about it, it could be absolutely nothing
