nose twitch... sort of?

idk what it is, but the past few days my nose has randomly started twitching. i wouldn't even call it that. it's more like it's just tensing up on the top. it lasts for a few seconds, then goes away, and the next 5-10 minutes it happens again. anyone have any idea what that is? :confused:

Ah, call me crazy, but I think its just a muscle spasm. I know the feeling you're talking about, its pretty common to have these "twitching" sensations as a teenager.
What tends to happen is that towards the middle/end of puberty the body is wrapping up the finishing touches that will begin your adult growing. Your body is sending tons of messages to your glands to tell your body what to do to change, and sometimes it's so much that these messages kind of speed up since there is so many, causing stress on the amount of sugar and blood your glands need, and as we all know, sugar and blood rests in the muscle and they may tense up or "twitch" to relieve stress or just be an involuntary action.

(pre-med student, but its just an educated guess)
