this is the closest forum I could find to fit this, I'm sorry if I offend anyone. Please don't waste your time telling me about BMI and all that bullshit, coz i wont read it. I need to know how to lose some weight. Raveing helps a lot, but not enough. I'm tired of my god damn fucking flab.

yeah, eating in moderation can help a lot. Also, playing any kind of sport, running, biking swimming etc...

ok. Do you suggest sit ups or push ups? I used to do them every night, but i didnt see them take affect. I could just be impatient, you never know. Thanks for the help

sit ups or push-ups are a good way to loose weight, but I would say they are more for building chest muscles or arm muscles.

Rudi, u dont need to lose weight hun!! you look good frm the picture ive seen of u, u dont need to lose, but if u feel flabby, then just tone, hit the gym!! cya hun :hug: xoxo
