Ok so after me and my ex broke up we decided that hey we weren't right for eachother as a couple but hell we're still gonna be best friends. I thought yay! I still have him in my life (:

But thats not exactly true anymore....hes like drifting away and he seems so sad and depressed all the time. He never hangs out with me anymore, our halo competitions have stopped, and he never responds back to my texts.

The first week after break up it was ok, i mean we still talked alot texting was normal rate and we actuatlly almost got kicked out of the gym during inside recess cuz of goofing off! Then as a couple more weeks went by, he stopped talking to me, made up excuses on why he couldnt hang out, and stopped acting like his happy fun loving goofy self.

Its like impossible to get ahold of him anymore...im so afraid that im gonna loose him :'( Im so scared that maybe he is depressed or something...maybe i had apart of it...

Someone tell me what going on and dont tell me go and try to talk to him! Ive been trying, i call, send texts, send Facebook messages..everything. he's not responding ang i want to help out my best buddi.

Please i need feedback here

You said you've been trying, what kind of messages have you been leaving?

Talk to some of his other friends and see if they have noticed anything, it might not be just to you he is acting weird.

Maybe someone in his family has died? When my grandad died I stopped talking to people for a while.

Anyway, I hope yous start talking again soon. :)

He probably just needs time to contemplate things, but even then, he's your friend so he should talk to you about it.
As stated above, what kind of messages have you left? Are they friendly or flirty?

Thanks and no one has died, i do know that...i think he might be having problems with another girl? Cuz hes been having problems getting this one girl he really likes to like him back (I put as much good word about him as i can to her) and yeah other friends have notcied..hes just not his usuall peppy self

Well I think in your situation you should be a little more direct and serious.

Just ask him what's going on? Why is he doing this? You don't have to be like "Heyyy(:"
If you're serious about your friendship, you have to be serious. Not pushy, just direct.

Yeah you're right...but i still dont know how to bring up the subject... He's sending mixed signals and emotions..
