Super Glue in Eyes

This lady says she accidentally put super glue in her eyes because she thought it was her eyedrops. She is now planning on sueing both the eyedrop company and the super glue company "because the two items look similar". She's obviously not going to win.

now i would just like to make a few points here.
1.who in the hell is stupid enough to put their eyedrops next to their super glue.
2.after you put it in the first eye would you not notice at that point that it's super glue.

Firstly eye drops are water like liquid and usually in a solid plastic/glass bottle. The super glue was probably a thicker liquid therefore would need to be in a squishy tube in order to force it out - She'll lose a lot of money in court.
