I don't know if this is in the right section. But once in a while at school I think of stuff that is worth killing myself over if anyone found out. I sometimes get really scared that everyone in the room can read my thoughts. I have small panic attacks and I try to think of other things but I always think it is too late. Sometimes I even force myself to leave the room. Does this happen to anyone else or is this normal?

I never have panic attacks over it, but whenever I have an embarrassing or intrusive thought I'm always paranoid about that, wondering "What if there really are people who can read your mind?" Or just someone who can read you well enough normally to figure it out. I know there are very few if they exist, but I also have recurring paranoia that a Japanese spirit will come through my mirror and kill me... I know that's not real, but alas, the paranoia remains.

Actually, I went through a month in my life where whenever I was in public, I'd stop and think, "I know you can read my mind. I can read yours, too." Eventually, you get over it. Hang in there!
