yeah puberty is pretty weird for guys. Things go more in order for girls but things happen at different times for boys. For my I could cum right before I turned 13, and I already had some pubes, pit hair, and especially noticeable leg hair, but I still hadn't h ad my growth spurt and still had a high voice. Then there are some guys whose voices change when they still look like a little kid, and other guys who don't have much body hair until they are almost finished with high school. It is just different for everybody. I was one of the lucky ones whose voice and growth was among the last things of puberty. It was awesome being 14 and having legs like a monkey yet not being 5 feet tall and talking like a girl lol.
