But has anyone had that feeling where you see someone and you feel like you know them already and you want a realtionship with them and your go over and over in your head how it could work but, you've never even talked to them?

Yes, it's called counting your chickens before they've hatched. Take it easy, don't come onto a girl strongly as though you're already best friends. That'll land you dead center in the friend zone.

As my friends and I were walking to our next class, I told them "I wish I could find someone this year!" cause I fear I wont find anyone.

they were all like, "Its impossible!" For me to find a guy with my high expectations, it's a game of chance and luck.

I just plead "I wish I could" and I prayed.

We reached the door of our next class, and I saw...

A guy who fits what I wanted,

I pointed to the door and told my friends "Found him"

As nice as those random success stories are, that doesn't happen to everyone, and again I would advise the OP to think with their head and not their heart on this for now. Coming onto a girl too strongly because you think she may already like you is a recipe for disaster, because more often than not, she doesn't.
