How can I get this to stop!

So as I posted in a different thread I fancy this new girl, but one of the guys I thought was my friend said they liked her, so I said that I did aswell. But now they have gone and told her and everyone else. And now I get EVERYONE talking about it, they don't do it to anyone else. They only do it to me. Now I have people coming up to me saying "She's out of your league", and "You fancy her" and all stuff like that. What Can I do, I don't believe I have a chance now... All because of immature people that have to ruin my life.

If she likes you she does, I doubt anyone telling her you do has anything to do with her liking you, but I'd confront her with the truth if you want to have a chance. If nothing else you can tell the kids to screw off because you've told her how you feel.
