as far as i kno it's genetics....and on average Asians tend to be smaller and Blacks larger...but it's nor a very significant difference, and you will still find some well-endowed Asians and some smaller Black guys

On average Black men tend to have Bigger Penis' and Asians' tend to have Smaller Penis'. I think its becuse of their genitic makeup

I think cos the Asian body has a smaller build overall (etc. when u buy clothes their XL is like a US M or something) and small people tend to have smaller penises. Having said that, I've seen a lot more 'medium-tall' Asians nowadays, and the last generation of Asians didn't seem to be blessed with exceptional height (or maybe it's just my parents, i dunno)

i read sumwhere that since there are more asians in the world there penis' are smaller cuz semen duznt need 2 go up as far in the vagina cuz they dont need 2 reproduce as often since theres so many of them and that theres less blacks(im black lol) so our penis' are bigger so its easier 2 reproduce 2 make the population increase but thats just sumthin i read. idk if its true

its genes as well as, africans and african americans have denser muscle mass and the penis is a muscle so it just happens to be bigger (but not always the case).. but that is why alot of black don't swim as well.. the mscle density doesn't support the rwest of their bodies as well. but with training, they can swim (just clarifying)
